I agree that exposing wrongdoings in the community is very important, which is why it’s very disappointing that we don’t know who this person is. It’s very much a double edged sword, because if you release the name, your credibility goes down as a journalist, but if you don’t release the name then you’re allowing them to continue doing whatever essentially free from any real accountability.

Sister Location's Springtrap ending, FNaf 3's good ending and Pizzeria Simulator's completion ending are easily my top 3. 3 endings where I felt something, I remembered why I love/d this series

But back in the first month of Sister Location being announced, we were only given an animated trailer and those teaser images of the main characters to go off of. (1) The teaser for the Ennard mask explicitly spelled out "There's a little bit of me in every body." At the time, there were speculations from fans implying the final boss of the game was going to be this fused amalgam of animatronic parts [ala, the Mangle], and the Funtimes were planning on using this body to attack the night guard on the final night. Will could've just as likely seen those easily release images (and fan theories) and included that line to the idea of "the animatronics' plan of attack being completed once they've fused into this Ennard". Additional arguments towards the lines, "You'll only lie with us inside the darkness | As we tear you up inside" We've been explicitly told in the phone calls from FNAF 1 and 3 what a springlock failure is supposed to feel like. A full-body metal ribcage piercing into your bod from all angles, it ain't pretty. (2) Also, the first time I listened to this song, I always thought that the lines, "You won't believe what I have done to you | I've made you look brand new | Oh, how cute" were from the perspective of their creator Afton (or whoever else it was building these things) admiring the new sleek and "friendly" designs of his own making. Speaking directly to the Funtimes in a form of dark irony, as the souls within have to endure living in this torment within the underground bunker. (3) And all that's not even taking into consideration the amount of input Scott Cawthon takes from the fans as is. Between this song's release and his October deadline, he had about four months'-time to pick up on popular fan theories/speculation to know what the most popular choice would be to take his new game's plot. I'm not guaranteeing this is what actually happened, but it wouldn't surprise me given how invested in the FNAF fanbase Scott puts himself into.

I never even got to finish the game because the bugs were so bad.What it did was it spawned multiple security guards, and they would always catch you, and then you'd never be able to beat the game

I honestly disagree with your take on FNAF 3, not on how scary it is or the rank you gave it, but FNAF 3 has really good ambience. I like how dark and depressing each of the rooms are, and especially how it’s pretty difficult at times to see where springtrap is

man i love everything you said about SL. it’s a special game to me because it was the first one i was following development on and bought on launch day. i remember how the animations, slight “free roam,” and voice acting all made it seem like the first AAA game in the series. funny how much better the execution was than SB lol
